Trista at the front desk was super friendly and helpful and the mechanics did a great job, kept my car clean while they had it, and the work was a lot cheaper than I expected! I couldn’t recommend this place more. The best shop in Georgia for sure!

It’s hard to find people you can trust. It’s also hard to find people that won’t try to bleed you of as much money as they can get away with, especially in auto repair. Crabapple automotive I trust, they are honest people. Been taking my cars to them for years instead of dealership. My last service the dealership hit me with an estimate of over 3k. With these guys the pricing on the parts was spot on and the labor cost was not padded. I paid just a bit over 600. Grey and Melissa, the owners, are good people. I have only good things to say of they 🙏🙏🙏🙏

Armen the service writer and the mechanic guy in the office (dont know his name) were very supportive and helpful. Besides excellent customer service, they fixed my car after a code P0170 popped up. The MAF needed to be cleaned. After that I passed the emissions test. Note: My car was sitting in storage for 2 years while I traveled in Spain. It took me a month to get it in shape to pass emissions. Drive cycle etc Thank you guys!

Came to them to get a simple oil pressure sensor put on and a oxygen sensor and they kept ordering the wrong part making the service time way longer than it was supposed to when the service time should've taken 2 days it's going on 6 days. This is very unprofessional and there is no urgency in getting my car done and it's very much telling that they don't know what they are doing or know what part to get for my car cause they kept getting the wrong part and for me having to pay 1200 for this is crazy due to all this delay. Highly recommend if you need your car worked on do not go to them. Very disappointing in the way they are working on my vehicle cause it should not take this long and they should be getting the right parts as I would expect from professionals.
